The terms governing access to and use of CommitControl.com and related services.
By accessing or using CommitControl.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by ZEUS GLOBAL, trading as CommitControl or CommitControl.com ("CommitControl", "we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
CommitControl is a cloud-based commercial intelligence and revenue operations platform designed to integrate with enterprise CRM systems and support sales and operational teams through pipeline intelligence, opportunity and deal analysis, revenue forecasting support, commercial risk visibility, reporting and analytics, workflow insights, CRM integrations, collaboration functionality, operational telemetry, and commercial decision-support tooling.
The Service is intended to augment operational visibility and workflow efficiency and does not replace human commercial judgment.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, protect login credentials, notify CommitControl of unauthorized access, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally authorised to use the Service on behalf of your organisation.
Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. CommitControl reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers including Stripe. Trial subscriptions may automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Customers may cancel subscriptions through account settings or by contacting support, with cancellation effective at the end of the active billing period.
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not violate laws or regulations, upload unlawful data, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, distribute malware, use the Service for fraudulent activity, circumvent security controls, or use the Service to infringe third-party rights.
You retain ownership of all data uploaded to the Service ("Your Data"). You represent and warrant that you have lawful rights to upload Your Data, have obtained all necessary permissions and legal bases, and that Your Data does not violate applicable laws. CommitControl acts as a processor of customer data in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
You grant CommitControl a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, backup, and analyze Your Data solely for purposes of providing the Service, operating integrations, maintaining reliability and security, supporting platform functionality, and improving the Service.
You may export Your Data in machine-readable format during the subscription term. Following termination, export tools remain available for 30 days, extended retrieval assistance may incur reasonable fees, and data may be deleted thereafter in accordance with retention obligations.
CommitControl implements technical and organisational measures described in the Privacy Policy and the Security & Data Processing page. CommitControl maintains backup and disaster recovery procedures designed to support operational continuity.
CommitControl may provide scoring outputs, commercial insights, operational summaries, forecasting support, analytics, recommendations, or probabilistic indicators derived from Customer Data. Such outputs are informational and advisory only.
CommitControl does not provide financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, guaranteed business outcomes, or autonomous commercial decision-making. Customers remain solely responsible for all commercial, operational, forecasting, compliance, staffing, revenue, and strategic decisions made using the Service.
The Service, software, branding, interfaces, and related materials are owned by CommitControl and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommitControl disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. CommitControl does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete security, forecast accuracy, or revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommitControl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost profit damages. CommitControl's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by Customer during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or unlawful data protection breaches where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customer agrees to indemnify CommitControl against claims arising from unlawful Customer Data, misuse of the Service, violation of applicable law, or infringement caused by Customer content. CommitControl shall remain responsible for damages caused by its own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
CommitControl may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, non-payment, or security risks. Upon termination, access to the Service ceases, data export rights remain available for 30 days, and retained data may thereafter be deleted according to policy and law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
CommitControl may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through email notices, in-product notifications, or website publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
